You may begin a check-in to get started with a new request, or check the status of an existing request.

If you are creating a new service ticket, please do not bring your device in until we have contacted you to discuss your request and book your drop off appointment.

You are under no commitment at this stage, this is merely an enquiry and saves any paperwork should you wish to continue with booking your device in. If you do not wish to proceed, we just delete your information after we have spoken to you.

Even though we have been classed as an essential business and are able to remain open, we are under strict ruling and this process is necessary.
